Can the Keys-U-See keyboard be used with a Mac or Chrome OS computers?
The Keys-U-See keyboard is compatible with Windows, Mac, and Chrome operating system computers. Please note; the keyboard keys are designed using a Windows layout.

What driver is needed for the Keyboard to work?
The Keys-U-See keyboard uses generic USB Human Interface Device (HID) drivers.

What can I do if my wireless keyboard and mouse is not functioning correctly?
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Try unplugging USB and plug into another USB slot on the computer.
Try changing the batteries to new Alkaline batteries.

What can I do if my wired keyboard is not functioning correctly?
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Try unplugging the USB plug and connect it into another USB port on the computer.

Can you use a different mouse?
You can use an alternative mouse with the Keys-U-See Wireless keyboard should you choose.
*Please note: the USB adapter with the Keys-U-See Wireless Keyboard and Mouse is needed for both the keyboard and mouse. You must keep it connected to your computer for the either the keyboard and/or mouse to be usable with your computer.
